Yes, I found yet another atom-powered superhero funny-animal comic in the public domain, this one Atom the Cat. In his first issue, Atom the Cat #9, there's an inside cover one-page with Cora the Cat, which started from something like this panel. You can see the original at https://comicbookplus.com/?dlid=36448 page 2. I had to guess about coloring; as far as I can tell, Cora the Cat never appeared in color. At least not in the Atom the Cat comic books that ComicBookPlus has.
