
A Mexican treat that can’t be beat especially when you make it yourself! I used leftover bbq rib meat to make mine and I made a small bowl of guac to go along with it to dip.
Here’s how I made mine:
1-on a round tortilla place down favourite cheese and toppings then top with another tortilla and fold+tuck into roundest shape
2-grill both sides on a hot griddle until both sides are crunchy+golden brown (careful not to burn!)
3-slice into triangles and enjoy!
