Long story short, it's because she's the only fox in a city that's mostly populated by rabbits. But because she's so small, only 4'9" as an adult, most of her neighbors regard her as a curiosity rather than someone to be afraid of. And I agree! She did an incredible job with this for only $1.
They really do, and rabbit children are infamous for their curiosity. Just ask Niamh! Oh, but Ciara doesn't mind the attention at all. It amuses her because she thinks of herself as kind of plain and uninteresting. But she'd probably be kind of disappointed if people stopped paying attention to her, too.
