The way their body blends so seamlessly into the cephalopod portion—not to mention the colors—is just so well executed here. The aquatic parts look so smooth and rubbery yet organic. Just gorgeous.

Thank you so much! It was definitely fun to play around with where the hips become the cephalopod body. And drawing wiggly tentacles is probably the most soothing thing, just letting them flow and flop over forms
