Taraundum
A Leviathan based on Caribou (im stretching 'deer' here a bit). This giant ambling monster roams snowy plains in packs, their huge fluffy tails sweeping behind them to cover their tracks. Not that they have much to fear, for a Taraundum is armed with a powerful tool. They have an organ dedicated to fermenting parts of what they digest into a sickly sweet soporific, which they constantly emit from their bodies. This powerful drug keeps themselves passive, preventing infighting among the herd, while also is enough to knock many a foolish predator that tries to attack one unprepared. And while the predator is down, prey becomes predator, and the omniverous Taraundum pack makes a meal of the unconscious creature, wasting nothing.
