This not only shows what resides within that cute bunny suit, but also that both the suit and the goo bunny within aren't seperate entities; but one in the same. The suit still moving and acting seemingly of it's own accord even when not 'worn' by Xanny.
As you can see, when not constrained within his suit, he can still hold his form, but he's no where near as defined/smooth as when he's using his suit. Takes a little more effort, but he can hold find details and smooth lines while purely goo formed, but it's rather taxing.
And yes, the suit doesn't need to open along it's seams. It can simply 'rip' as needed to be removed. It'll reform like his goo in short order. He just prefers seeping from the stitching or back slot >3>

Oh he doesn't need to leave the suit to do that. He can literally just seperate parts of himself into semi-independent forms. Little 'plush' versions of himself that're thralled to his will. https://www.furaffinity.net/view/51935495/
Even in the event he doesn't split off other versions of himself. If you restrain the suit.. he just oozes out of it, or reconfigures the suit itself to slip free. The suit is technically made from a portion of him, just with a different magic binding it. Hence why in this image it looks 'ripped' along the front where it's opened up. It'll just re-deal later with some stitching.

In, because it allows a single entity to act as a coordinated team with the plushy ones, or as a distraction by leaving the suit and coming to Hunt ya personally
After all, most of Fnaf monsters get you just like that, an effort to get your attention and build up tension, allowing for one to sneak past your defenses, and one is all that is needed!
And outside because its pretty obvious by the looks alone that getting caught by him maybe its not within your best interest!
All in all the concept and idea is really nice!

Depends.
Most people get used for energy. Just leaves them exhausted but still safe/healthy.
Those he senses an.. intimate interest from? 'victims' he can tell enjoy what's happening and he has an interest in himself? Well they tend to get a more intimate experience while being used for energy. Often tucked away inside the suit with him for hours/days and used like a battery while being 'taken care of' in various ways.
Some, in extremely rare cases? will get converted.
In this situation, they'll be rendered down in his goo and basically made part of him, before being seperated off as a seperate entity. In the event he does this, he'll then create a suit for them, based on how they looked pre-transformation; like how his suit is his old Rabbit self. It'll be stitched together around them until they have a full suit like his.
They're still 'them', just in a new form. They have their memories, personality, all that. Only real change they'll experience is a natural submission/deference to him. If he outright tells them to do something; they'll do it without question.

Interesting, good to see that hes able to obtain nourishment without having to do any serious harm to whoever he wants to snack upon
That last part tho, its quite a curious "life cycle" you could say

Still, the character design is quite nice, and the background of how he operates and preys upon others too!

His main 'seams' require stitching. If he rips, or pulls himself open like this? He'll stitch it shut still, but the stitches will face, leaving the panel smooth once more.
Only if he WANTS a seam/area to have stitches, will they remain. Hence why he has them along his sides, palms, soles, face ext whe nit could just all be smooth.

Scaroused. That's my state rn. Which is really good, as there aren't many designs out there that do it for me.
But now seeing his "true" face ? Damn, strangely alluring, yet scary.
Imagining him lurking in the dark and coming out of the penumbra with this blue bioluminescence of his must be one hell of a sight to behold... Before some unavoidable physical interactions <_<

So technically, he's just able to grow exponentially... Unless he has some weaknesses, that many may have tried to find, without much success, obviously. If anyone is even aware of his existence, until they're in front of the monster.
