This one's a rather unusual creation for Mermay. Nihilego, one of the Ultra Beasts, is basically a jellyfish, and jellyfish mermaids can also be a thing, so how about a Nihilego cecaelia?
Normally Lillie would be expected to be a Nihilego cecaelia, but for this one I went with one of the more obscure characters from the same generation of Pokémon, Zossie, one of the members of the Ultra Recon Squad from Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, given she's cute and stands out personality-wise. They're from Ultra Space, so it would be really fitting for her.
