Abilities: Magic user, with high magic reserves, greatly skilled in Dark Magic wiht some skills in elemental magic. Can shapeshift and make most things appear from nothing.

Brief Bio: Not much is known about Charlie's past, and neither is there known about his and Blair's parents. But he pretty much raised himself and his sister, went through the required education for a young wizard...and then went off the grid for a while. When he reappeared, it was during a zombie uprising that he casted but was done wrong due to him being given the wrong ingredients. He went to jail, the Askaban kind, for 50 years, but he managed to get out early for good behavior. Now free, he furthered his studies of the Dark Arts, daring to delve in deeper than many would be comfortable going. Suprisingly though, he didn't go insane from his studies, only more aware of the fine line between the mortal and supernatural. Charlie now lives alone in a house that can not be found except by those who know where it is, but recently, he's been spending a lo of time in the Upperworld, especially wiht a certain hyena child...

Random facts:

:bulletpurple: Charlie loves peaches. So much he decided to make a giant peach as a house. Needless to say, he tried to sue James and the Giant Peach.
