I dunno if it's a full update. I've been thinking about giving Storm some minor look updates because he's been practically the exact same for six goddamn years. So I just quickly dished this out while on my break from work.
The thing I like the most are the eyes. The white pupils really click with me. Body will be the same essentially, wanted to update his face a bit.
