Extra info: While it doesn't seem like he have a neck he actually does the glowing mane just makes it look like he doesn't so don't be nervous and please don't run him out of town. Secondly the color of his glow changes with his mood but is mostly in shades of orange, blue or most normally white. The intensity also changes depending on his mood but tends to lessen when he is sleeping down to the point where the glow almost disappears. Lastly while he seems broad shouldered he is actually of a more lean build as most of it is fluff.
