A while back I got an idea to do a kobold that was based on a Luxray. So, I wanted to give it to draw it and give it to the biggest Luxray fan that I know, my friend . It was also a decent excuse for me to use one of my leftover mystery eggs that I had decided to keep, but never did anything with. He came out as a little delinquent type and I couldn't be more happy with him.
