I had this anime-poster-style thought about Lugia rides that had popped into my head a while back, and since it was Knaxia's bday it seemed like a fine time to draw it 🎉

should I mention that dumb pokedex entry that makes violent storms follow Lugia and be a kill joy? no this is not a place to be nerdy and there's the fact that literal 10-year-olds made all the entries (¬_¬). Am I still gonna post this comment? well if you reading this then whats the answer?!?
