I've always been bad at gifts. I usually deliver them late, my gift wrapping skills are atrocious, and I usually select the gift from an odd cherry-pick of some conversation we've had in the past. In this case, Recker has heard Izzy say she likes pineapple, so why not gift a 5-year old a whole ass pineapple and just expect that she'll know what to do with a whole ass pineapple?

I think I did a decent job at Izzy's patient, gracious expression as she continues to learn how to appreciate her weird friend for his intent despite his execution.
