So, I was at the Mayfaire by the Lake art show in Lakeland FL this morning, and after doing about 3.5 laps around the lake, I decided to get something to eat.

There were five other food trucks there, but I chose this mobile creperie. Only one guy running it, and doing damned well, too.

I ordered the Beefy King, a crepe containing roast beef, mushrooms, Cheddar cheese and horseradish sauce. Verdict: delicious, and the horseradish sauce was not the stuff you get at Arby's - it really opened my sinuses and made my eyes water.

After another two laps (I covered over five miles walking about), I revisited the truck and got a s'more to take home - the crepe contained dark chocolate morsels, mini marshmallows, and Graham crackers. Yummy!
