Helios is a descendant of the Fire Clan, where the males carry fiery, phoenix-like plumage, and both genders of the clan can make use of fire powers. Helios' ancestors were forced to flee from Nevrea to Gold Ring when Rain Silves attacked, and settled out in the suburbs of Gold Ring. Even so, they still retained many of their Native Nevrean practices.
