Yah, color ;} This is the final color version of  rawr's Dew and me mooshing up after a session of...cuddling up. Dew doesn't seem to be too thrilled at whatever I'm babbling (prolly about some alleged legendary snugglepile happened inna room party.... true story, honest!) but still, he's gotta leg up.

Yes, this is a pretty liberal interpretation of Dew, as well as his colors (too light blue and weird striping), and uh, Rawr please forgive the pretty open drawing, but Dew looks sooooo cute like this cx

I like how this turned out, and now interpreting it after it's done, it reveals a few truths about me. I talk too much when with buddies, and feel awkward, and think I need to lead a conversation with depth. I don't. Buddies are buddies for being buddies, they're not only ears. And I might put off friends sometimes, like Dew might look, but they still connect and care and listen anyway, symbolized in the careful gentle leg up on me, and Dew's attention and aaaaaawwwwlllllmost nosetouching. Indeed, buddies tell me what is necessary pretty much, for which I am grateful. And of course with my shut eyes and yapping mouth I never listen or look back vx but I'm trying, promise. Also that interpretation of arts is completely subjective and my opinion, but it was kinda amazing pulling all that without having planned it out o.o;

I burned like $6-7 of marker and colorless blender in this, augh xu my blue and 20% gray and colorless blender are starting to die off. [EDIT: It's not that I feel I wasted marker. I just regret that it took so much marker to relearn things I knew, and it took more ink to fix mistakes that were avoidable. $6 or so isn't much to pay for relearning important things though!] And the scanner wasn't wide OR long enough to get the whole picture in, gaah. Protip: DON'T BUY CANON. Their scan software is clumsy and agonizingly tedious to go through and some scanner lids you can't even open all the way! Bad bad if you hava lot of art you wanna get in. I miss my nicer old Epson x3.
