here's some backstory:

"when the alchemist left his 2 friends behind and took the robot with him, he never knew one of them would end up being a traitor, he never knew that scientist would steal many of the blueprints he had... among them, the blueprints for a robot monkey..."

in a planet far far away from shugazoom, in a distant galaxy, there's this planet... a once peaceful place, now disturbed by the ambitions of a scientist who would get his hands in a copy of those blueprints and would try to make his own army, the test subject? a tribe of monkeys that were natives of the planet, he first started with their leader...

little did the scientist know that this tribe was smarter than him and more dangerous, the tribe leader would escape the grasp of the horrible machines before they would finish turning him into a robot, even though he disliked his new apperance, he saw the new power he had aquired, and so he activated his newly acquired weapons... "the wolf cannons" to destroy that horrible machine and to free his tribe before they would do the same to them
