"A Lionaira (S. Lyonar), an angelic being of the Antedatum. Commonly depicted in leporine guise, they were known to deliver news of blessings and curses across the all planes of the Antemund, aided by their golden Gnomons, derived from the Antikessar immediately following the World's dissolution. The number of these beings was innumerable, but a few named figures (e.g. Feocaizo, messenger to the Golden Kingdoms, or the wandering Chaiceo) have been codified in the Antedate of many pantheons, and are a common sight alongside the arabesques of hares and rabbits."
