Under The Weather ~
Welp, the last few months have been...fun.
Last month was Covid, came down with a chest infection shortly after - then after this week of emotionally charged distress (just mental stuff dont worry) I had a crying fit next to a wide open window while it was rainy and cold...so ended up with yet ANOTHER illness. A fuckin' cold. ~
I'm hoping things are starting to turn around, I hate this stuffed up bunged feeling, the cough, the sniffles and the need to sneeze. Did I also mention I have hayfever this season too? FUN!
My ribs are sore, my lungs are knackered and my doctor thinks I need to just try and heal for the next few weeks. Keep on a good mix of greens, vits and my ginger shot drinks and I should be back in running order soon.
34 isn't fun with a cold. Trust me.
Also, please please please get your vaccinations and keep up to date with flu jabs, covid jabs...just be careful out there. Its a strange, contagious world out there right now and as much as i'm up to date I still catch things pretty shittily.

Been on so many medicines its no wonder I rattle when I walk.
Gonna sleep, keep hydrated and dose up on vitamins and all that good stuffs. <3
