A supervillain who works closely with Kelper - she's often the one who breaks him out of jail.
It's said that she was once a normal human, until after her death, when her family tried to resurrect her with dark magic - instead, the body was taken over by a trickster lizard demon. She can still take normal human form and is able to maintain a secret identity that way, by pretending to be the original human woman who's body she's using (but is that old human personality really completely gone??)

In villain form, Zee wears minimal clothing, in order to show off her tail. She likes to target superheroes and turn them into various creatures in order to publicly humiliate them. Zee's powers work through magic, although the steps she has to take to transform someone vary depending on the target's personality, worldview, fears, and other factors. She often prefers to use Kelper's lizard potions instead, because of their reliability.

Both of them respect each other immensely and they're thinking of starting a relationship!
