Cornelius Banchor, or Captain Banchor as he's known on deck, is a proper seaman. Playing the role of a former pirate, he invites folk to board his ornate ship as he sails, taking passengers across the city waters. Once aboard he provides tours of the ship's workings, tells stories of his days at sea past, and gives guests a traditional sailing experience. With his charm and authenticity, many applaud his talent in staying true to character, but what they don't know is that Banchor is indeed a real golden-age pirate.
Back in his heyday, which was the 18th century, Banchor lived his life as the captain of a crew of loot-stealing pirates. Like any buccaneer of his time, he plundered goods and riches for his own, which is how he unknowingly attached a curse to himself. The fateful day he went down with his ship, instead of his soul passing on, it remained in his body in a dormant state. He remained that way until he washed up on shore many years later. By the time he was reawaken, all that was left of his body was bones. Thrown into the present with nothing left and nothing familiar, Banchor ultimately was given chance to start over.
Despite his unfortunate circumstances, Banchor has taken to his new life with positivity. His only insecurity is his skeletal features, feeling self-conscious about his skull. With help from Rythin and another friend of his, the pirate wears an old-fashioned diver's helmet to hide his true appearance. Having found solace in the now-times, Banchor doesn't shy away from being the captain of the seas he was all those years ago... at least until his face is seen.

-Banchor is 200+ years old, his slumber having lasted for over two centuries
-As part of his curse, his hand and feet bones have a more "fleshed out" appearance, giving him proper dexterity and balance
-Born with a genetic mutation, Banchor only has four fingers per hand and four toes per foot
-His jawbone does not move when he speaks, but can still open
-Despite not having the ability nor need to consume food and drink, he still feels the full effects of alcohol and can get drunk
-He has a small crack on the instep of his left foot that is extremely sensitive when touched
