If it makes you feel any better, this would make awesome music for a video game. Something along the lines of Contra. It's a piece to be proud of, for certain, though.

ever study the interactions of elements (supernatural)? i love how the chinese have both a natural flow of interaction but also interactions that bypass that flow. mixing earth with other elements that is normally wouldn't come in contact with.

Yeah, the chines, as well as multiple other Asian countries, where very inventive with their music.
