This is Rain. hes a new character
i guess the way his colour works is he is a white cat type thing. and after it rains and ONLY if theres a rainbow he takes the colour from it and turns all rainbow like. he will lose his colour after about a day. it fades over that time so only maybe his feet will be coloured.. kinda cool really.
