She's the Hadopelagic Domain's most powerful and final line of defense, an incredibly long Celestial Hadal Serpent. She loops in a circle, watching over the domain she once created, made to guard it as her final 'dying' wish. Still in a state of half woken consciousness, she loops around mindlessly, waiting to be awoken to help if ever a calamity strikes down or threatens the Hadopelagic Domain.

She gives off an incredibly strong aura of love, as all it does now is protect the city she so painstakingly built from the ground up, for eternity.
She's able to sense your intent, and will provide entry into the Hadopelagic Domain if she feels like you're not a threat.
