Do you just do a random skull design or the person commissioning you gets to choose how it looks?

So far they've all been pretty random except Hazels. Was kinda givens refs to go off with that one. I try to make them fit aspects of the character; stripes, african tribal, celtic knots, spots, etc. but people are allowed to ask for certain skull designs!
