In the background is the Bombing of Tlishklim, a bombing in which the East Reef Republic utilized their first atomic bomb. The Great War would end 12 hours later, finally putting a rest to the 28 year conflict.

Many humans visiting HP-7 may note that Tlishklim was never rebuilt. This is due to many Telchines believing the atomic bomb was some divine signal that they did not belong there. To this day, the area is fenced off, representing the largest scar of the Telchine race; a symbol of the horrors of war.
