About the commission: maybe soon, I just finished a pixel art for someone first :D and then if I feel ready to work for people why not, I have to think about the price, write the ToS and see how to present my work. I'll let it be known on FA when I open it, I'll probably start with a small amount of slot for the beginning.
Requests: it depends on the mood, but i can do some when people have asked for a dragon character from game and series (I already a lot of OC characters friends in the queue, so it's a bit closed for people OCs about the request).
