Perry the Platypus from the amazing show Phineas & Ferb.
I'm happy it turned out less horrible than what it looked like at the start.
Done with my with tablet and in Paint, I hate how it messes up the quality :x

Edit: added the tail, I've drawn a sketch of the tail up from his back so I guess it is anatomically correct.
However, it looks more like he's carrying a club or something on his back o.o
I've still got lots of things to learn...
