Quaddy myself, but for an anthro I figure the back of the shirt is split on both sides all the way up and hangs from the collar as a flap with buttons on the lower half of the flap at waist level. Unbutton the front of the shirt and both sides of the back flap, drop it over your head and arms, the back flap falls between the wings, then reach around each side of your waist and button the back flap under the wings, with the front buttoning as usual. Heavier garments might have zippers that zip up under the wings from beneath.
