Actually, Rick isn't one to frequent this particular establishment save when forced to do business with it's owner (who has his hand in a lot of pies in regards to sale or acquisition of certain goods).
And as noted earlier, if Herc comes home smelling of the place and it isn't due to business, he'll be facing the wrath of his wife. ;)
