» All payments for adopts must be completed within 12-24 hours of claiming the adopt of your choice
» Unless the design is OTA or discount, you may not haggle the design for lower.
» You may ask for holds! The max amount of time a hold can be in effect is up to a week. If it's not completed within that time, the user forfeits the design.
» All sales are final, you may not request refunds. if you file a chargeback on a design, you will be blacklisted.
» Upon completing the payment for the adopt, you may request to either have the full res design sep emailed to you or transferred via Toyhouse.
