rhinoking, with the original concept from 
ShizameAkanzatsu!
Tsubasa is a robot assassin designed to look avian in appearance. Despite being a ruthless fighter, he possesses a sense of honor and ethics, and will only carry out missions that align with his moral code. His ultimate goal is to protect the world from those who threaten its peace, even if that means putting his own life on the line.
