So ever since my Pokemon one was popular, I decided to draw the other one, except it's Whisper with my OC by the way, they are both dating, and the blue one is named Damian, so yeah, I shipped these 2 also, I love seeing whisper getting tickled, it's just so adorable. So that's why I made this artwork, also, it's safe for work.
