It's a shame that Cagey Coyote (see https://www.furaffinity.net/view/51895070/ and, more, the story at https://comicbookplus.com/?dlid=35099 page 28 et seq) didn't appear more, but that just means I can come up with antics for the forgotten fellow. Here, he's doing his best to pump up his friend Bum Steer, who's flat for some reason, and it's somehow going wrong. Who knows why such things might happen, life is just weird, huh?
