Been working more on Sticky Fingers, and I've decided, he's no prolific thief, or a criminal at all (except maybe minor trespassing), but he is a bored 20-something with a workshop apartment, doing freelance tech and engineering jobs in his coastal city. He's befriended a group of amphibians, and their abilities inspired him to modify a wetsuit into the sticky suit he's now known for.
I might re-add the mask in another form at some point.
The translucent blue bits are a kind of membrane that, through a psionic magic system I haven't publicized yet, creates a "sticky" effect. The harder grey pieces, and the rubber suit are inert. The suit now comes with an expanding throat like a frog's, which can be used as an air reservoir, or a little extra sticking surface for clinging to those really rough surfaces in high wind.
Here, Sticky tries to remain perpendicular to the ground on the side of a tower, a skill he'll soon be known for.

Love the design, the air reservoir could be tinkered some more, like if you're gonna have something like that add a feature to his suit to allow it to be activated, like a little rebreather attachment that connects to it. As for the mask, I think just a Goggle like visor that just covers the eyes, that features tech features like night-vision. Hopefully, you're open to constructive criticism and feedback, keep up the good work.
The resevoir can be tapped with whatever mask he wears when he dives, aye! Love the idea of the goggles, and a buddy did suggest a splinter-cell-eqsue NVG set. I might go with something like this, but also thinking about it, if it does have NV, it'll be integrated into a visor or pair of goggles that will be suitable for engineering. Keep all that soldering smoke and flying sparks out of your eyes!
