This is the final piece that I did for my Drawing 1 class, which was last semester. We were supposed to use black and white charcoal on toned paper, using realistic shadow effects using the principal of light (Or something like that XD), and combine a human with an animal to make it into a portrait. I picked a serval :>
There are so many things wrong with this piece because I rushed it! >_<; But hey thats college life I suppose when you have 3 studio classes on top of a book class right? Although I am pleased with how everything looks from his cheeks down. He is not supposed to look more typical 'furry style' where its mostly animal, which is why the bridge of the nose is much more defined and there is no fur on him.
What you think huh? :>
