The High-Velocity Battle Rifle is an Advanced Tech combat rifle that is manufactured by the Corvian Black Market, a rebellious intergalactic faction opposing their monarchist conglomerate, the Corvius Nation. This version was experimented on and modified by former DSAG Captain, Gallius Ratchet, who was trapped on the Vestige Cluster among the CBM.

This version comes with a modified insulator barrel for energy discharge, an extended magazine and a holographic field of sight (similar to Destiny 2's Deep Stone Crypt's weapons) and a wrapped grip for flinch resistance. Combat modifications include a dual-receiver for increased stopping power at the cost of fire rate (360 rpm) this weapon's fire rate will gradually increase for a period of time after each kill (450 rpm).
