After my 'Aladdin Mechanical Dragon' yesterday I decided to trace this sketch I found yesterday in my hard drive.

It was a clip I found on You Tube back in 2008 (via someone's camera) of a villain (I assume human) turns into a dragon cornering a boy in cyber space with a wizard appearing in a portal calling him to the portal.
I tried Cyberchase but can't find this dragon in it. It looks like a 90's cartoon (since it was 2D, good picture quality and had a beautiful dragon design)
He looks like 'Cloud Dancer' from 'Disney's Dragon Friend' only evil.
I'd be so grateful if you know what show this was as I want to get more screenshots of this dragon.
