Hello,
My morning routine typically consists of getting out of bed, making said bed, greeting my own dog, using the bathroom, and attempting to make some coffee using a French press (I love it so much).
We have an electric kettle, so it makes the whole process easier. But as it's heating up, I just stand there waiting and idly doing whatever. That is if I haven't already poured some cereal (Honey Bunches of Oats - almond kind - is the best cereal ever) or attempting to inhale a gallon of water. I sleep right underneath my ceiling fan, it's always full blast and my throat is super dry every morning ha-ha.
After everything is said and done, I drop a ton of sugar into my cup and get on walking my dog before work or school. It's a simple system, but it works :D
I'm super happy I managed to draw an entire page worth of stuff within a short period, I pushed myself and it worked!
I have tried to refrain from making too-silly drawings as I feel there are so many here already on FA, but if I take things too seriously then I won't have any fun and I'll just stress myself out. I'll try to make them more relatable and funny opposed to just trying to be too funny - that way it's not just another goofy panel.
I also made sure to draw my fursona Reede in full frame, but also I paid a bit more attention to his bodily anatomy so the proportions I feel make him look so much more dynamic than my other iterations of him. Planning beforehand helps a ton too, and I'm going to be doing that much more now.
I also love sleepy dogs, they just look so cute. Ha-ha, here this dog needs more than a toothbrush after coffee - a tongue scrubber more like it after a river of Listerine XD
Thanks for your attention,
stay safe.

It might be time for a new toothbrush. x D
It's funny how many of his "features" are primarily useful as food related purposes haha, I think that is saying something along the lines of he likes food aww. You could say it's a little obvious by his big, round "internal storage" haha.
Reading your daily morning ritual is almost therapeutic in a way, maybe because I like predictable structure in that way. It's also nice to have "me time" before school or work. [not like me who gets up and the next step is rush out the door to work or in the past, school lol]

He's a good dog, he brushes his teeth twice a day but I don't think it's enough given his inability to resist anything edible ha-ha.
I don't think there's been a video on the internet showcasing a perpetually hungry dog begging for food that hasn't made someone go 'Aww', and making the mutt here no different was a no brainer. He loves food, but unfortunately he needs to work-out more and wolf-down less unless he wants his middle to be more pronounced than it already is XD
I'm happy you found my routine positively, it's nice to hear you also benefit from structure. I do to, and anytime something throws my normal routine off I feel hopeless. I hope you find time after work to relax, even if it's only for a little bit. Coffee helps too if you can :D

If there is something dogs are best at is making food disappear in record times, no surprise there! Work out more, eat less, that's hard to achieve I will admit myself. I recommend baby steps otherwise it's discouraging.
It's good to have structure in certain parts of the day and leave spontaneity for other times or places. Mix of both makes for wholesome day maybe, I never thought of it that way haha.
I love good quality [emphasis on good] coffee, though funny enough sometimes it makes me sleepy instead [maybe it's the warmth of it lol].

Ha-ha they sure are, and they arent good enough with any amount of portions only with just scarfing down what's Infront of them XD
I recently weighed myself and I'm 20 pounds over what I use to weigh 4 years ago despite being the same height, I have a lot of work to do ha-ha.
That's very true, but I tend to get super distressed whenever something as significant as my routine changes. Though I try to make the best of whatever happens as it's true spontaneous happenings are super useful.
How neat, some of my family says the same thing. The coffee makes em' warm so therefore sleepy. You most likely have a routine for making it and coffee deserves such, it's that important. I take whatever joe I can get, I like the bitter taste myself.

Whatever you do, skip the threadmill and do it outside. Walking on a thread mill for even 15 minutes feels like an hour, and an hour walking outside feels like half that.
You could set goals like number of steps per day which you increase overtime, that is actually helpful.
Black coffee is how it's supposed to be enjoyed in all it's sweet bitterness lol. A little unflavored cream isn't bad though.

You're super correct, running outside is so much better than on a treadmill. Some of the higher end ones have a monitor to mimic being on a rainy mountain trail but without the crunching of leaves under my feet and the smell/sounds of rainfall - it's a poor representation of such.
I walk/pace a ton at work as it's a food service related one at a chain well known for how busy they are, and at times my legs actually ache a bit after a shift. It's not a total replacement for dedicated walkies, but it's a start ha-ha.
I have to pass on creamer nowadays more often than not as it upsets my gut too much, black coffee perks me up in caffeine and bitter taste XD

Oh gosh, does it spray water on you to mimic the rain too? xD
Threadmills are just soooo boooooriiiiing.
Oy, that's tons better than sitting at a desk all work day! Definitely is helping to increase step count and keeping you active.
What kind of creamer did you use?

I'm certain there are high end models out there that do such a thing, but should someone slip and fall - that sounds like a giant lawsuit XD
I've always wanted one growing up cause they looked cooler than normal running, but now a much wiser dog with the input of others it's not as cracked up to be.
Hopefully at my new job in the future I can get a standing up desk - I love their concept and being on my feet helps my productivity. But it would be funny if you can put it on wheels and walk around too :D
I use half/half mainly when I use creamer, I love the thickness and taste of it. But it's a bit too heavy for me now, just like with other dairy products. I don't mind going without, but I really love milk with coffee and it makes the taste better. I've tried to use almond milk and other subs, but it isn't the same to my taste buds.

Haha xD
I also considered a standing desk, but then I read standing or sitting doesn't make much of a difference in terms of calorie burning. Better to simply try to get up and move around at least every 30 minutes. That's what I would do, and in my experience it really works [was able to stay fit whereas before was losing gains].
I think it would be too hard to work at a desk while moving though. xD
Half/half is my go to as well. It also doesn't sit well with my grandmother so she uses coffee mate creamer [no sugar added] in powder which doesn't upset her stomach. Maybe you could try that too if you haven't yet. Doesn't quite have the same taste as half/half but it's alright and way better than almond milk or other subs.

Hmm... I did not know that at all, thanks for bringing it to my attention. I always assumed you did lose/burn more calories than sitting. Getting up every so often is a good remedy regardless, and you don't have to buy a whole new setup too. Stretches work wonders for productivity, simply getting up and movin' around helps clear the brain unlike sitting still the whole work day.
I have no gains to begin with, so my stature would remain the same XD
Wow - it's been so long since I've used any powered creamers I totally forgot they exist. I'll for sure try what you just mentioned, I just like the more flavor from the creamer mixed with the coffee. If it doesn't taste exactly like regular 50/50, it's okay. Thank you for letting me know about it :3
