(This weapon skin has taken me two years of progress as I was trying to expand beyond the weapon's original design and turn it into something entirely different...)

The "Neo Star" Searle Prototype is a high-powered advanced pistol that which model was from the 1900's Savage Arms Searle Prototype. Little is known of the original pistol's history, other than it was designed and produced in between 1900 and 1910, and that it had used .38 cartridges.

The Neo Star is the next step to the International Arms Convention. A pistol that has been formed into that from a linear-fusion rifle. This pistol has been manufactured and built to become an obliterative railgun, that which can fire at 0.5% the speed of light. A single energy projectile being fired at that speed will definitely not only pierce its target, but with such extreme velocity within an infinitesimal measure of time, will implode the target just a few seconds after impact, then completely vaporize its target, leaving nothing left to trace. Through the XEN's research of space time and light speed, the Neo Star is considered the fastest and the deadliest hand-held firearm ever built in a faction.

This weapon has two functions, one is to use the whole battery in one single discharge at 0.5% the speed of light, the other is for four individual charges that shoot at lesser the speed. The second function lowers the velocity of the projectiles to 0.25%, which is still incredibly high.

Exo Elites of the XEN Corporation are reserved for this weapon as regular Mettaurian infantry cannot properly handle this weapon without getting themselves killed or seriously injured.
