Occasionally, Farley becomes mentally drained from many complex adventures and needs a way to recharge. While relaxing with friends is one way, sometimes he travels to a world filled with large monsters to be one of the hunters there. Hunting monsters is a nice break from the mentally taxing aspect other adventures can have, being much simpler without intelligent enemies to worry about. During his latest trip, had heard rumours of a mizutsune with unique black fur with an interesting silver pattern. Intrigued by the one-of-a-kind beast, he chose to hunt it out. It took a while tracking it, but he eventually found where it resided. But to his shock, instead of the typical large beast, he found an anthro mizutsune with the colours described. What was more surprising was that is spoke and was intelligent, practically at the same level as a human. Like her other brethren, it wasn’t aggressive towards Farley, so he was hesitant to fight it. Instead, he managed to convince her to come with him back to the hunter base. Of course, basically everyone was amazed at her, both for her form and mind. Afterwards, he offered to take her in to protect her from other hunters who would hunt her regardless of her intelligence, to which she accepted, gaining the name Nyx.

Personality: Generally passive to most people she comes across, she is quick to make friends. However, if someone provokes her, she becomes very angry and somewhat violent towards them.
