Rix is the god of technology throughout the multiverse. From fire and the wheel to the most advanced starships can from him. When a civilization is deemed worthy, he will send ideas to them to promote their next technological advancement. It isn't unheard of for some civilizations to advance on their own. When they do, he takes an interest in these civilizations because they impressed him. Rix can also halt a civilizations advancement if he deems it necessary.

Rix is capable of advancing a civilization to type 3 and beyond.

Rix and Alqueira constantly bicker over whether magic or technology is superior.
