When I did my redesign for my character "Foxy" last year, I wasn't sure what fur pattern to give her, so I decided to do two versions - one based on a red fox, and one based on a gray fox. This is the latter (obviously).

This picture is also an experiment in producing a colored picture without "inking" lines. I like how it came out, so I'll probably do more pictures this way.
