Pretty much what it says on the tin: a grown-up version of Penny (I'd say she's about 18 or so in this pic).
I know that this pic's coloring/shading isn't among my best, but that's mostly because I was pressed for time and had to rush. Once I get back home, I'll be able to clean it up a bit.
