*hums* A little playtime in SAI produced this lightning web defensive maneuver that Kash does. She sends out an electrical web through her paws, making the ground around her up to a 20 ft radius sizzle and spark with electricity. It's almost impossible to get near her like this, and is only used for purely self defense.
Also when I think of the word 'fizzle', while most people think of fire, I think of lightning. (and bacon.)
