Tammy was an ordinary Bubble-mouse but she couldn't always defend herself.
One day, her best friend, Dragon Feuragon, gave her a piece of gum with a lightning bolt on it.
That was Transforming gum. If the Person/Animal decides to eat it, he/she/it will permantly change form and get certain Powers.
Tammy turned into a Bubbly Alolan Raichu which not only have electric moves,she can also blow bubbles without gum and charge them with
electricity to prevent others to popp them. Thats why she has a Bubblegum mark on her belly.
