I've decided to make some slight changes to my character design.
Mostly I wanted to get the head shape right, a more pointed snout, bigger earfrills and now the spines under the horns are different lengths, more like smaller horns.
I also did my best to get the build as large as I wanted, and I tried to avoid going too detailed with the muscle structure, instead going for more bulk.
The chest has always been a huge issue for me, it's supposed to be very big, having two sets of pectorals layered one over the other, with a very pronounced ribcage underneath them. I think I finally managed to get that look down.
One final thing is that I look a little awkward standing upright, that's how it's supposed to be, having a somewhat hybrid of bipedal and quadrupedal body structures I'm more suited to moving around on all fours, only going upright when I need to use my hands, or look intimidating.
All that being said, I'm still open for critique, don't be afraid to tell me I screwed something up. That's important information to me, and if you can tell or show me how to fix it, that's a bonus.

Let me tell you that you made an awesome job here. Also, I've noticed you've improved on drawing the feet! Nice! Besides, Razor looks incredible in that posture. The chest is really well made and developed, you must have the flight muscles well developed as I think it must be. Finally, have you added the "33% larger" concept to your endowment?
*pinches nostrils closed… crimson leaks*
Mmmsss… definitely liking all that towering muscle!
I'm wondering if you consider your tail lengthy enough in this image? Just to me it does seem a bit stumpy. I'd think you'd have something that could wrap around a skyscraper and pull it down without the rest of you moving…!
Your feet, especially the toes, seem rather closely-placed together, to support your tons of mass. I'd think to see at least tendons popping out from every toe, standing like steel cables through your hide, and the toes more splayed out, especially in digitigrade as they are, to support such bulk. These cables would run up the top of your foot. Your Plantar Fascii (the bottom of the foot that is off the ground, behind the toe footpad) is also a point of great stress. It might want to show some texture of cabling or striation. These would add power to your foot, not just because of added realism, but to bring strength to every extremity of your body, so no part of it is untouched by your barely-self-contained nuclear blasts of power we both know you contain.
Similarly, consider you can very well stand on your hands as your feet. They too must show better cording and striation along the back and wrist to improve the telegraphing of barely contained muscularity. These are my critiques in improving your body to appear even more strong and powerful, as we know it really is.
BTW, maybe I've not been staring at your icon enough lately, but has that biceps GROWN!? Just that arm muscle looks bigger than your head BEFORE flexing now… and close to twice after flexing! FFFF, that whole arm… thicker than your head and pectoral combined… *gahs and nosebleed spurt knocks him over*

All of those are very good points, and when I get back into drawing again I've actually been considering going for more detail in those areas, more muscle details that make sense.
Oh and yeah, this is version 2 of my icon ^.=.^ I bulked things up, I'm trying to push things up to the limits, where I'm supposed to be. But I didn't bulk up the chest and lats enough so a version 3 might be in order, if I get around to it. I may just rework the entire animation if I can't get the bulk I want in the chest, not sure if I can make it look as big as I want.

Yeah, I don't think your lats and pecs fit in that icon the way they're currently shown… by half! Can you do a bit with your forearms? They look the same as before, and just a pixel width or two in the right place would bulk them nicely…! Still, I'm amazed there's a user icon on FA that can mesmerize me so thoroughly and affect me as much. Thank you very much for your efforts in making the new version! There's no doubt, you're my favorite muscle dragon!
Go back and forth between both revisions, so the changes just blink on and off. Bigger, smaller… eventually you'll settle on the size that suits you. Might even say to yourself, "No, bigger than THAT!"
I wonder if you need to have a thought exercise sometime, where there's no physicality to you… especially since your body does seem restrictive in some senses to what at least part of you is programmed to do. What, you should ask, is your real self like unbounded by the scaly hide, the unyielding sinew, the muscles that can't grow enough? What comes out when all this too, too solid flesh is gone? Not death, no - but the living spirit if you will, or soul if you prefer - whatever intangible thing that causes the thoughts, dreams the dreams, hopes the hopes, and feels the feelings - what is that liberated from its fleshy prison to be expressed like?
Is it simply a much, much larger version of what your body looks like now? Can you picture it at all?
I seldom can tell when I cross boundaries, so just let me know this is not what to talk about - or PM me if it's something you'd rather just keep between us.

Honestly I couldn't put any other form to it than Razor himself. If you where to take everything that make's up his being and separate it from a physical form it would be exactly that, formless. At least in my mind.
He represents everything he is in a physical form, and a lot of what I am. Part of what he is comes from a side of my personality that I don't show myself, only through him. Though I've also given him his own traits, the animal nature and instincts.

He grows… there must be something behind that, either representing some further attribute of your own personality that is becoming stronger in the face of adversity, or… maybe I can stop there. Having read recent journals, I guess that must be it. Your draconic strength must be a representation of how much strain you bear, and how fighting and maintaining yourself gives a sense of accomplishment, of having become a stronger person for having gone through it, having maintained your sanity, I guess.
I am unsure I'd be that strong myself. Therefore I do admire the fortitude, and not only like the appealing aspects of your tremendous size depictions, wish you every ability to maintain whatever additional power you may need in the coming months.
Just remember it doesn't have to be a fight won by your strength alone. It is perfectly all right to accept the support of others. Find solace in your friends, let them lend you their strength in times of your need. I believe you also mentioned you did have faith as well, so do not abandon this most powerful of connections that help people in times of great pain.
I do believe in you, and think indeed you will likely have incredible growth spurts in several meaningful ways as the months drag on. Unintentional pun there, but Dragon may be your operative term of challenge and strength building. I may indeed end up toeclaw-sized next to you before I know it.
Just remember your heart needs to be equally powerful to support the blood going to all that muscle of yours. Keep it that way and I think you'll be fine.

All of that was quite profound >.=.> but honestly Razor's recent muscle growth can be attributed to my ability to draw him larger, I still haven't reached a size that I feel looks like he's at the very limits. Razor will always be able to lift the same weight, 90 tons, which is the weight of the space shuttle for comparison. ^.=.^
His height will never increase, so no worries there, I settled on 33ft standing upright a long time ago. Now it's just packing as much muscle mass on that size as I can, without making it look bad. He's supposed to be 20 tons, with most of that being the weight of his muscles.
I really appreciate the kind words and support though, it means a lot, and I can tell you I've never felt like I'm standing alone, with people like you online, and my family and friends near by.

That's probably the nicest way someone's told me I was spot-off the mark ever in my life. Thank you. I try to be - think I am - perceptive, but it's seldom right.
I'm glad you have this aesthetic challenge you put yourself into, that of increasing musculature to a point where it doesn't look ludicrous. Is gradually enhancing muscle anything like the frog in heated water scenario? You know - toss a frog in hot water and it jumps out; gradually heat the water a frog sits in and it will stay all the way through dying of being boiled to death.
We see so many intensely bulked-up physiques here. Those that humans seldom achieve, or may never do. Some of them only obtainable through the abuse of steroids or other health-risky substances. It's true enough that even an orangutan can out power a human, let alone a great ape; so it comes naturally to assume the bodies of animalistic humanoids, anthropomorphic and what have you, definitely have a potential for powerful musculoskeletal development, probably that of putting the human anatomy to shame.
So in a sense, I think you really have only your own internal tape measure as to when HR grows way too bulky. He's really hot now, and I am glad to hear you do want to amplify his apparent strength and power in terms of visible bulk further and further… it evokes a lot of physical responses here.
I doubt my Iksar venom could affect you in the slightest, but it does naturally affect dragons like you in positive ways - you're too big and strong to have any toxic effects from it. It would rather just be a mild deep penetrating heating sensation that tends to not only feel like a great workout, makes the muscle fibers regenerate and multiply as if you had a very productive session!
I also can decant it in a bottle just for oral consumption. It is a bit spicy-hot.
