Lahl is a friendly fluffy dragoness. Unlike other fluff dragons, Lahl was born mute and unable to vocalize in almost any function. But as many who have met her can tell you, she is quite capable of communicating - Lahl is a low level telepath. While she cannot openly read the minds of others (regardless of how close they may be to her), she is able to 'hear' thoughts broadcast loud enough (or, intended for her to hear). This means effectively as long as someone has their mind open and is trying to talk to her, she can understand them. Her telepathy also has the effect of broadcasting her thoughts to those nearby, often completely unintentionally. She often isn't even aware something has slipped through until it has, which can at times be a benefit (or hinderance!) to friends she wishes to surprise.

Lahl one of my rare few characters who does not, without her telepathy, understand common - meaning for someone whose mind is shielded, or who otherwise is immune/resistant to telepathy, she would be entirely unable to understand them. While she is quite intelligent, this has led to times in the past where hunters mistakenly assume she's a simpler beast rather than a gentle dragoness. To this end, one of her more magically inclined friends helped craft her her necklace - when worn, it will intercept Lahl's "spoken" thoughts and relay them, while mimicking a telepathic message back to her. While not a foolproof method, it keeps her able to communicate and interact with those who she couldn't otherwise, and more importantly helps show she's more than just a wild dragon.

Covered in fur rather than scales, and bearing paws rather than pads, Lahl stands out compared to what one might consider the norm for dragons. Her diet likewise is nonstandard - she comes from a place where the flowers grow to incredible sizes, and her preferred source of food tends to be nectars, honey, and other sweet fruits. While her body can process meat, she isn't an avid hunter thanks largely in part to her telepathy, which forges a link between her and those around her, albeit a more simplistic sort of communication with the non-sapient beasts of the wild. Her fruit and nectar diet means her saliva (and other bodily fluids) are rather sticky and viscous, clinging and taking a longer period to evaporate.

Lahl has a long, hummingbird-like tongue, which combined with her stickier saliva can help her snare fruits and berries from harder to reach places... among other things. while she is covered in mostly white fur, she bears a few pastel yellow markings and swirls on her body, which glow subtly, and pulse in response to her mood

Due to her telepathic nature, Lahl is a natural empath, and is drawn to joy, happiness, and bliss of all kinds. She likes to bring her friends a smile - which often leads to her smiling herself, sharing in their positive emotions. She will often avoid negative emotions and bad places, often preferring to do her best to divert them into happier places - bring joy, rather than sadness. It does often mean her own sadness is a difficult thing to hide, but is itself an easy thing to help distract with bright thoughts and company.

Endo/Digestion: Endo preferred, digestion (painless/melty) only if prey are very willing/wanting of it (which can accommodate dub-con, where the prey doesn't know how much they want it!)

Sex: Yes! Prefers to give pleasure rather than receive it, as that can create a feedback loop with her telepathy. She's very open and flexible given her empathic nature, so if one can show her how much something excites them, that's usually more than enough to get her on board with things that don't lead to suffering, or other such emotions in her companion.
