Reaching the full peak of maturity with the full totality of her mothers scientific knowledge and her other mothers innate magical talents. Dr. Penelope/"Penny" offers a much more versatile set of skills compared to her predecessors and dreams to one day pave the way for a more magi-tech themed set of operations to provide nothing less than the best medical service and with any luck, even more eye opening research to pick apart in the future~.
So, I was a bit hesitant to upload this lil beauty in particular due to it being slightly outdated for what I would imagine an aged up "Penny" to look like. BUT, It IS still a fantastic pic in it's own right and still looks close enough to what I've in mind for her in the future soooo....enjoy!~
I was honestly tempted to add a bio/story as well concerning the changes she'd create but, I'll wait until I have a more appropriate picture better showing off "Aged Up Pennys" power set before I do that lol.
