I molded the sculpts out of sculpty 3 clay them used Amazing putty to create the skull molds, spikes are same method but used Rebound25 for molding.
Material used for the final product is Ridged foam 5 from smooth-on, a strong but light weight hard foam.
These are made for my Friends cosplay for when I do my Toothless quad. :)
